Return and Exchange

Return policy:

Are you not satisfied with your order or did you order the wrong size? No problem! You can return or exchange your order within 30 days of receipt.

Return in 4 easy steps

1. Send an email to support@harper-manchester.co.uk to request a return form. Read the conditions on the form carefully before returning the product to our sorting center.

2. Fill out the return form.

3. Send your order together with the completed return form to the address provided. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Make sure the package has a tracking number.

4. Once we receive the package, we will refund the purchase amount to your bank account within 5 days.

Exchange in 4 easy steps (for size problems)

1. Send an email to support@harper-manchester.co.uk and state your order number and the new size you require. You will then receive an exchange form.

2. Fill out the exchange form.

3. Send your order along with the completed exchange form to the address provided. Make sure the package has a tracking number.

4. As soon as we receive the package, we will send you the correct size free of charge.

Exchange in 4 easy steps (for defective products)

1. Send an email to support@harper-manchester.co.uk and attach photos or a short video of the defective product. Briefly describe the problem.

2. Our team will validate the product after receiving the photos/videos.

3. If validation is successful, our team will send you a replacement product free of charge.

4. Our customer service team will provide you with tracking information for the replacement shipment so you can track its status.

Please note: If you choose the replacement option, you are not eligible for a refund or another replacement.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Before returning products to the return address, you must fill out the return form and enclose it in the package. Contact our customer service by email at support@harper-manchester.co.uk to receive the return form.
